Having emigrated from Russia to Los Angeles at the age of two, Igor Kleyman has not strayed far from home. He attended University High School in West Los Angeles and then was accepted to University of California Los Angeles – UCLA. At UCLA, he studied Political Science and was accepted into the prestigious UCDC Program, studying in the nation’s capital and getting a firsthand view of American politics. He graduated UCLA in 2008, Summa cum Laude, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the UCLA Honor’s College.
Always striving to become a Lawyer, Igor Kleyman achieved that ambition when he received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Downtown Los Angeles. While at Loyola, he was a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society and a Board Member of the International Law Society. He externed for the Honorable Judge Ahart in the Bankruptcy Court and spent a year working in Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution, gaining invaluable experience in a wide range of legal fields and alternative dispute resolution, which he uses to this day in case handling. He graduated in 2011 in the top 25% of his class.
Igor Kleyman has been practicing in the field of Worker’s Compensation since 2012. He has represented a variety of employers, ranging from Self-Insured Public Entities to nationwide corporations. He handles cases from the initial referral all the way through lien resolution.
