Zachary H. Sacks

Attorney Zachary H. Sacks is a graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School. After serving a tour of duty in the United States Marine Corp, Attorney Sacks relocated to California. He has been heavily involved in all phases of workers’ compensation law in California and has successfully represented clients from the trial level all the way to the California Supreme Court. He has been instrumental in affecting legislative changes to the state’s workers’ comp system.

David L. Howton

Attorney David L. Howton graduated with High distinction from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in political science. He then attended Western State University College of Law (now known as Thomas Jefferson School of Law), where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review.

Since becoming an attorney in 1983, David Howton has gained expertise in workers’ compensation, personal injury, as well as construction defect and real estate law. Since 1991, Attorney Howton has focused on all areas of workers’ compensation cases, including the analysis and preparation of legal strategies, development and analysis of issues for trial, litigation of issues at trial, and negotiation of favorable resolutions of legal disputes.
